Andrew Michael Cook is a graduate of La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine in Paris, France. He has 38 years experience in the restaurant business as a 4-Star Restaurant Owner and Executive Chef. Andrew has also appeared as a regular guest chef on Charleston's CBS affiliate and continues to consult with restaurants across the Southeast.

The Process


First an Initial Assessment

I will meet with you and your family to discuss entrée selections, dietary needs, and your meal preferences. According to your tastes, I will customize your menu, or I can prepare a personal family favorite recipe. At this time, we will also discuss the desired frequency of service.

Followed by Weekly Preparation

Prior to each cook date, I will review your preferences and prepare a customized menu allowing you to make your selections for your next set of meals. This process allows you to adjust your service according to your activities for the week and to accommodate any special events that might arise.

The Cook Date

on your cook date I will shop for the needed groceries, then arrive at your doorstep with supplies and equipment to prepare your meals. After preparing your chosen menu, your meals will be packaged and refrigerated or frozen, as you desire. A written menu, along with easy serving instructions will be left for your convenience
